1、 Overall core role
The assembly line for square aluminum shell battery cells is divided into two categories: the front-end battery cell packaging assembly line (where the battery factory produces single aluminum shell battery cells) and the back-end module PACK assembly line (where they are assembled into battery modules/packs). As a whole, it is an automated batch production line for square aluminum shell lithium batteries, completing cell forming, sealing, stringing, welding, and full inspection, and producing power batteries and energy storage battery units that can be directly loaded onto vehicles or used for energy storage. 2、 First type: Front section single square aluminum shell battery cell assembly line (middle section production line of battery cell factory)
Core Purpose
After the completion of winding/stacking, the bare cells are automatically packaged into an aluminum alloy square shell to produce finished single square aluminum shell cells (280Ah/314Ah/587Ah power and energy storage monomers).

Bare cell hot pressing and X-ray inspection (detecting electrode misalignment and short circuit hazards)
Ultrasonic welding of pole ears, adapter plates, and top cover poles
